Awesome upgrade congrats. When i upgraded my tv this year that 82 was not a available at the time. Now I see it on BB for a great price. I got the 75 Ks9000 instead but both are awesome TVs.

I picked up a Runco RS-900 DLP projector the other day.

Even in a bright room during daylight, even on a darker than beige accent wall, it is SPECTACULAR.

Yeah, yeah, it's "only" 1080p. And Runcos aren't super flexible for throw angle or distance. At 17' from lens to wall, I get 128". Not too shabby.

Any guesses as to what I paid for this?

Easily the best $250 I've ever spent.

There are some really dumb rich people out there. I *highly* recommend that you keep an eye on your local Craigslists for anything made by Runco. There's a reason they cost upwards of $15k new. They're the real deal.

picked up a matching B&W centre channel htm61 s2 for my B&W 685's... also finally ordered a new media console too for my setup. pics to come once delivered!

it's pretty amazing to witness how much a big centre channel can really open up a movie.

Amen.

A good center is a game changer.

Does anyone think a decent price drop on the 2017 LG C7 will be happening soon? Most likely will be buying from BB.

Given how long the 55" has been sitting in my cart at $1700, I'd guess it's due for another $1-200 drop in the next month or two.

I was all set on a Sony 930 until I read about the horrible blooming & uneven color. To bad as local BB has a 65 inch for $1900. I'll wait for maybe a price drop before the Super Bowl. My Pioneer Elite is still going strong.

Remember Best Buy will price match ANYONE. They are desperate for sales.

3-4 years ago when I got my Sammy from them, they price matched the sleeziest website ever to exist, lol.
