If for some reason you need a web based price tool, there's furiousmethod.com

I hadn't heard of this app before though, very well done. It's nice to not have to have all the tabs open! I'll have the play with the spreadsheet export tool with the totals.

Thanks, Flow. I'll look into those and work on adding them to the list.

I've done some smaller projects before, mainly automation and streamlining workflow, but this quickly turned into the biggest project I've tackled so far. Wasn't that involved of a program when it was just for personal use, but getting it working across different operating systems and for a bigger audience took a lot more work than expected. Am not a programmer/developer by trade and don't have any formal education, but enjoy the problem solving and have a great deal of respect for those that do this for a living.

Thanks, guys. Let me know how it works once you put it through its paces and if you catch anything that needs tweaking. The spreadsheet export feature is my current attempt to handle multiple part numbers, and I'd like to eventually expand it beyond Genuine BMW parts. Might be difficult with multiple brands for a single part number, and need to figure out how to present that information clearly, but something I'd like to look into given enough time.

Let me know how the Mac version works out! I'm very much a Windows guy, so getting it working on Mac was a learning experience for sure. Don't know how many folks are using the Mac version vs. the Windows one, but it was by far the top request. Quick note: still need to fix the instant price check for Husker Parts on the Mac version, and will get that taken care of as soon as I get the next update out. Appreciate all the feedback!

I noticed the mac version is HUGE (>150mb if I remember well).
Why is that ?

^ Agreed! Mac version is considerably larger than the Windows one, and there's a section in the FAQ since I couldn't get it any smaller.

The reason for the size difference is because I used WineBottler to convert much of the already existing Windows program to Mac. Converting to Mac includes some additional resources for everything to work correctly, which is what adds to the file size.

I'll see if I can make it smaller in the next update, but it probably won't be by much. Never heard of WineBottler until I started looking into things, and it may be a useful tool for other Mac users out there: http://winebottler.kronenberg.org.

I know man!! Missed this tool as well.

I'd imagine most everyone has access to BMW WebETK to search for valid part numbers?

This was going to be my suggestion as well, but I definitely understand the hurdles. Thanks for this..
