Default url problem

Hi , i dont know where to find the url number ,so there is the problem ,i buy a rotor set for $375 usd whit shiping,but the guy ship c.o.d. and tell me he pay $90 usd for .
The thing is i cant get a copy of is shiping cost and so the rotor cust me $400 c.d. + $100 c.d.for the shiping and this guy make me belive he was serching for the paper and if he didn't find it he gona pay me for the shiping so time past and nothing appen and it is to late for paypal resolution now .
I realy like to give him a realy bad i trad feedback but i can remember where i can find the url ,tank you for your help

I try to used this Itrader twice for a vendor, but it's not working for me. it's not giving them the rating. thanks.

Is there a time window where you can give feedback? If I sold someone something 2 months ago and they never gave me feedback, can they still give me feedback?

But that doesn't do anything for the buyer's iTrader rating. Having much good feedback for others to see is a good thing, especially if you're trying to sell something. The more, the merrier, as they say.
