I get the color. But with accident history, rough interior and higher mileage. I mean, maybe with subframe reinforcement, vanos lockdown and rod bearings. But simply based on color alone....uh.

Ah you're right. I saw your location and figured it was in California.

Bingo!

And I might add that the premium for a rare color, tends to apply to cars that are otherwise attractive. It's one thing to want to pay $3k-$5k more for a LSB, IB, or whatever, on a solid to avearege car, but when the car has nearly 150k miles, accident history, grey interior and lacks maintenance, then it's hardly worth 30% of the value of the car.

^^ Yes. I don't care what color it is.... that comes after many other considerations.

I'd take a cherry Tiag over a POS Estoril all day, err day. Don't get me wrong, Estoril is an awesome color and very rare on this car, but overvaluing on color when condition/history is obviously poor is irrational.

Plus, cars always look 10 times worse in person than on the interwebs.

Never stated such a thing. I'd drive a clean EB in a heartbeat. But if you like overpaying and having to sink a bunch money into a neglected M3 then to you. Someone will need to bring this car back to its former glory days.

Ok. Fair. I guess I see the potential in a very unique color combo. A couple grand more for a unique color, I've got no problem with that. I'd actually pick it up if I wasn't buying a house now.

Cool color outside.....but dove gray interior kinda ruins it. At least it's already worn, might as well swap it.

Accident history scares me tho

A little rough but not as bad as many out there. Mods are tasteful/not cheap at least

Someone should revive it
