Default Fan wont stop working after A/C and SAP delete

So I have removed the A/C and all lines, removed the SAP pump and now when I turn on the engine the fan just starts working on maximum.

Does anyone know what is needed to regulate this?

Do I even need the front fan?

Sounds like you grounded out the Aux fan control wire, or pissed the ECU off to the point that it's just giving 100% to the controller.

Did you actually code the SAP out or just remove it?

I just removed it. Could coding it out be the solution?

Yeah, you're going to have to code everything out of the tune. The A/C usually activates the electric fan when the compressor clutch is connected, which, is controlled by the DME as well.

I am in this position as well.

I want to delete AC but I know when I do that the electric fan that I have wired to the AUX controller will operate at 100%.

Coding this out is a little bit outside of my skill set at the moment, so I may just wire the electric fan in a more traditional way.

Let me look through the software and see exactly what needs to be corrected, and I'll post back here, if that'll help.

I also want to install the Spal electric fan and will do that in a few weeks.

Would it be possible just to add a resistor to the pressure valve?

If you're still going to run a push-pull set up, you can wire the Spal to the stock fan controller, set the switch-on %'s in the DME, and run something like a 160 fan controller to the stock electric fan.

That would be great thanks!

I am going to run a thermalswitch for the spal fan.

So not to start a new thread , I have removed the mechanical fan and the AC including the ac radiator, so can I use now just the Aux fan for cooling or is any coding / wireing needed and which ones.

I have searched but never came to using this with the AC removed?
