Default I gave up any DIY for the spark plugs?

I thought it was so easy until i started removing the engine cover!! I couldn't even do that . please some one write a diy for the E46 M3. any picture that would help

Yes.. You need to remove the wipers, the top plastic grill in front of the wipers to get at the hold cover.. then unscrew all the lil bolts.. turn and pull hard to get the spark coils off.. unscrew plugs, replace and reassemble.. SIMPLE... Biggest pain is wipers which you have to shimmy off.. and plastic grill and rubber lining..
