Default Knock Monitoring on stock DME

Does anyone know of a datalogging software where we can log the knock on the stock DME? During my remote dyno tuning sessions with NickG he stated that my engine was showing high knock levels. I'd like to have a way to do some knock monitoring while driving to see if I've fixed the issue before I get back on the dyno again.

Thanks,

~Anthony

You can use programs like BMW logger and Testo which can log individual cylinder ignition. It doesn't tell you knock level. But if some cylinders running less time then what you're trying to achieve chances are those cylinders are picking up knock and reducing timing as such.

Thanks for the info, wasn't aware of those loggers.

So I've downloaded Bytelogger, BMW logger, and Test-O. I can read the codes with all of them but I cannot get them to see the DME to do any datalogging for any of the softwares. I figure if they can read the DME for codes it should be able to do datalogging. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I'm running the Maximumpsi setup with Nick G tuning if that makes any difference.
