Default Couple of outstanding OBD/BMW Codes after install

I am running into an issue where I am getting a bmw fault code of 154 - crank case breather in INPA and upon starting the car I get a fault code of p120c (not sure what this is related to). i can clear the p120c and it doesn't come back but when i turn the car off and start it again I get the code. Does anyone have an idea of what this is from? I have been plagued with it for about 2 months and have replaced parts but still don't have a solution for it. Its an AA kit if its of any value. I found this thread

which seems to be exactly what I am dealing with, I just don't know what is causing it. I am not running into any issues with drivability or power.

Edit: I dont know if its of any relevance either but I have the valve by the brake booster capped. is it possible that this could be causing the issue?
