What plates are you planing to install? I just had the Turner ones welded in, pretty happy with them.

Correction: Just saw you're going the Redish plates, looking forward to seeing that install!

I bought tms plates and then decided to get redish plates I'm putting those in

Gas tank out seats out trunk emptied



Wire wheeling is the worst part of this whole job. Got the tranny mounts and guibo in too

Took subframe apart yesterday heated up the bushing hammered those suckers out. Was actually alot easier than I expected. Few whaks and out they came. Rtabs out started welding the reinforcement plates in. Next to press in all the bushings finish welding and prepping the car for Vince's topside subframe brace and front reinforcements. This m3 is going to be rock solid....


Sorry no pics had my hands full... But I did some odds and ends including this... I really like this look :-)

Haha thanks, its like a disease with these cars (this is my second) wishing i never let go of the first one, but you live and learn hopefully i will never have to pull another subframe out of a E46 again!

good luck haha i got the subframe done the rear diff got a new cover all new bushings in everything. now i just have to put the rear end back together put everything back in then do the header install and front side work


then im off to TTFS and Dafoe's for vanos, valve adjustment and custom dyno tune.

then i will finally be able to enjoy this thing! (and not worry about anything)
