Thanks for the C&C, guys! Appreciate it all.

One Q for now - Is there any way to tell what %/kind of tint is on a car? I know the police have a testing device but I'd rather not go through that.
It's the one receipt missing from my records. PO recalled 35%, albeit non-confidently, but that actually sounds/looks right to me. I've had cars with 20-35% before. I now like the lighter look, so would probably go with a 50% Ceramic if I were to do it again. But this isn't so dark that it's worth redoing it... yet.
But, just wondering if I can tell the precise % in some way and even if it's metallic or ceramic? Thanks!

Some other small things coming in the mail shortly - Storm Motorwerks NAV knobs, Dinan rear tower bar (damn Oct. 15%-off sale!), etc. And still waiting for some other parts to come in before I do the reinforcement/rear-end overhaul. Looking forward to that big update.

What's the point of that? Does it still offer heat/UV protection?
I'm not sold on the fishbowl look - I do like some tint - just on the lighter side. 50% ceramic is probably perfect for me. But again, not so unhappy with the current set up that it's worth changing yet. I'd just like to know what I have exactly. Ha!

The clear tint works the same as black tint. Its mainly for people with exotic cars so they can retain the oem clean look. A friend of mine sat in a car with no tint n clear tint n the one with the tint felt less hotter. That's the tint I want clear tint.

Installed my OEM E90 registration lights today. Big thanks to Got_S54? (Joe) for help with the wiring.
The OEM CSL boot actually takes E39/E90 lights. The PO's shop made the OEM E46 lights fit, but they were a little off so I'm happy to report proper-fitting lights now! The clean white helps, too.

Guess what: I have a beautiful CB/cinn in the garage right now ^^ It even has the cinnamon shift boot - Thought of you ahah

Good call on the license plate lights. Looks great. Do those work on the regular OE trunk? I noticed the lights were kinda dim and amber on that car.

^ Thanks!

Kevin: Aww how sweet of you. I don't think these lights will fit an E46 trunk (the LEDs are built into the housing), but there are LED kits available - RDash or something like that.

Mixed it up.
I like the naked trunk. Not sold on the new plate frame, though. I would like just a plain, black metal frame. No logos, nothing but a clean edge for the plate. I didn't like the M plate before it but knew it was temporary when it went on.

Awful picture. Will get better photos soon. The plate is just black with silver DINAN on the bottom.
