Default 1995 E36 M3 - Random Misfire, wont pass smog

Just a little history
200k miles
Dinan Software(not sure what chip previous owner installed it but i called Dinan in mountain view and they said it should pass smog in CA)
previous owner blew headgasket
i did a headgasket job and replaced these sensors
-both knock sensors
-o2
-dme temp sensor
-dash temp sensor
-crank and cam both ohmed out fine and havent had starting problems or bad timing problems(vacuum was steady and within spec.)
-replaced the fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, spark plugs(ngk 2 prong), cleaned icv, and replaced every hose and gasket while i was in there
-i have it back together and start having a misfire at idle, go to the smog shop and i pass at 25mph, not at idle
-so i check fuel pressure which is supposed to be 3.5 bar or 50 psi if im not mistaken and i have the correct pressure but i clamped the line before and after the gauge and the check valve in the pump isnt working anymore, it leaks back into the tank

My question is should i just get a new pump and see if that fixes my idle? OR send the injectors to get cleaned?

I have done a lot of testing but dont know the next step to take, Im not really trying to do both but i will if i have too those are the only things i have not touched on the car

Thanks Guys

all i could grab was a picture of the reading since he didnt actually smog it. but it failed hydrocarbons and it looks like it was running lean since the oxygen is at 10% but i went to the smog shop without the o2, fpr, and knock sensors changed yet but i still have a misfire until about 3k rpm, maybe i just dont feel it at that high of rpm? but it passed the 25mph test
all the smog equipment was there i swapped cats off my other 325 that just passed a month ago and the numbers didnt change, i thought maybe the charcoal canister could go bad? but i never heard anyone say that while i was researching

Isn't the 95M3 exempt from emission test (classic)? If you cleaned the ICV and still have idle problem, I would check the end of hose from the ICV to the elbow for split ends. You should get DIS and laptop with a real serial port and the serial to the twenty pin round adapter for times like this.

He's in California. Anything post-1974 requires smog certification. In the state of California, you have several tiers:

1974 & prior - no smog

1975-on - smog required every 2 years (after the car turns 4 years old)

OBDI Cars - under the hood and cats visual inspection + 2 speed rolling test (15 and 25mph)

OBD II Cars - under the hood and cats visual inspection + 2 speed rolling test (15 and 25mph) + gas cap inspection + OBD port plug-in inspection for CELs or stored codes

I had the car smoke tested and replaced the hose from intake to the fuel pressure regulator, valve cover to elbow and valve cover to icv hose
so im almost positive theres no air leaks cause idle is low like 600 or 700 and doesnt bounce just has the random misfire and the knock sensor codes are gone after i replaced them it runs a lot better after the knock sensors much less misfiring but its still there

Also going through this.

Same results as you. Best result I had for the random misfire was single prong copper NGK's and new boots (less resistance). The random misfire is gone at idle, but still wont pass. New DEC cats yesterday.

will try smog again today.

make sure car is good and HOT before test.... a good 20 min drive.... don't just go there 1st stop in the AM 5 min away. Idle does not warm up enough.
