Default Radiator shroud issues !! Incorrect installation

I replaced water pump, t stat, housing, and belts about a week ago. I got home today to do one last radiator bleed. And I found coolant spraying everywhere under my hood.

Long story short. My fan blade got caught on the upper radiator bleed hose. (From me installing the shroud in combination with the hose incorrectly)

One of the tabs on the shroud isn't holding the hose in really right (one of the two tabs for the bleed hose is cracked), but is still in tact. Should I replace the whole damn shroud? And all the coolant hoses while everything is out..

This pic shows improper installation of the upper radiator bleed hose.

Pics will show you damage to the bleed hose, and broken fan blades.

Ps. I have ordered belt tensioners also. So I could do that while the fan is out.

Anything else I should do while Im at it ?

The perfect timing to do the fan delete for 5HP gain and lighter feeling throttle response.

Same thing happened to me on track, only my fan blades didn't break, just sliced the hose open. I ended up just replacing the hose and zip tied it right to the shroud for extra security. Just make sure the zip tie doesn't contact the fan too.

Thank you for the reply. Glad to see I wasn't the only one. I'm going to add a couple zip ties also. And purchase a new oem shroud incase it happens again.
