Default Should I buy this e90 M3 Zcp?

I have the opportunity to buy a 2011 M3 Sedan with 37k miles with competition package. It had 2 owners previously. It's space gray with black interior (wanted red interior can't go wrong with black either). it's fully loaded with premium package, convenience package, and technology package. I haven't seen the car yet... Dealer wants around 38k... The problem though is of course no records on the car is available other than carfax. car fax report show potentially gap in service... There was a 1400 mile service (presumably late for the 1200 service... then next service isn't until 19000 miles (there was supposed to be a 10k miles service - i guess this could be another late service).... then the car is service at 23,676, which appears to be unscheduled service (car fax reads "engine serviced, ignition coil(s) replaced).... then there is another 24,000 miles service... then a battery was replace at around 24700 miles... also another 29,800 miles service where fluids were checked, drivetrain, cooling system check etc... and most recently oil and filter changed at 37,000 miles...

I guess the bigger question is was this car maintained properly? What are the must interval services that have to be done on these cars? and Should I run from this car? Thanks for any input

Have a dealer read the key.
