OP, your best bet is to wire up a 30 amp relay using 10 gauge wiring from the battery -> relay -> air-horn compressor. The factory wiring is too thin and the compressor never gets the amperage it needs to spool up.

I am currently running a relay, I could upgrade the wiring gauge, right now it is 14.

Yeah, give it a shot. Wire the thicker gauge wiring outside the car to test, see if it helps. You should replace the battery -> relay lead, the relay -> compressor lead, and the compressor -> ground lead.

Where did you mount the horns? Next to the aux fan? Pointed down?

I'm not a fan of the Lux package, hurts my eyes. But as far as a Lux M3 goes your's looks pretty darn sweet so props on the purchase!

You forgot to add to your list of mods that you put a silly sticker on the side of the car.

Thank you! I wanted to Lux package for the more commute-oriented, comfortable seats.

Silly stickers? I would hardly call them silly. This car fits into what they stand for perfectly.

I think the temporary antenna is more ridiculous-looking than the decals. Either way, you'll be glad to learn that they are off the car now...I tried them, and didn't end up liking the look.

Congrats on the purchase, it looks sweet in cosmo black. Have you attended the Supercar Sunday in Woodland Hills?
