See second post.

Once done really any E46 can have this done. As G. Wolf (calling you that now HAHA) said you could make a E46 M3 Touring S65 if you want to be really crazy.

Once we have all measurements and designs the parts can easily be remade. As I have friends in welding, metal work and C&C I am able to have things made. Once the designs are done I can have them remade. Cost to come. Drive shaft is a mod part as well as you shorten the front part of a E90 M3 to mate with the back half of a E46.

Maybe ECS will want to carry a S65 conversion kit once I am done getting all the data HAHA

As a note this car will be for sale once I am done building it and got to drive it a little.

So is this build just to see if you can do it and unleash this DIY to the public?

As for coding and wiring I am taking the car to performance techniques in the bay to connect the wires and engine to a S54 ecu. They would also do the coding to make it work which is beyond my skill set.
I don't understand the plan here...?

Are you running an mss65 or mss52 or mss54hp with extra coil drivers?

If 65: how are you making it talk to e46 subsystems?
If 52/54: Hmmmmmm. What's the plan for knock sensors?

^ ecu solution is, imo, really what we need for this to be DIYable. Hardware/mounting most good shops can handle/fab.

More of the I wanted to not leave a challenge unfinished. Also we as E46 nuts need a "street" gtr in the wild. While not 100% real will be as close as we mortals can afford.

The sharing info is becuase of my belife in our forum as a community. If the forum was not as such i would not share not be on here. Why I do the GB for rod bearings. Takes time and I get nothing for it. Like with the CSL knowledge is power so we all beniffet.

Sacramento. Anyone is welcome to come and see but bring cloths you can work it. If you are here you are helping work on car in some capacity.

One issue at a time buddy. First issue is get it to fit and all the plumbing. Then code and wires. I will share as I have better idea. Current plan is to use MS54HP with extra chip to drive the extra cylinders. Then code it to work with current gauges. This will allow the car to still be E46 for abs, dsc. Only a plan but will update once there. Until then focusing on how to fit big foot in TINNNYYYYY shoe.
