There are a few of us on www.chitownm.com who also track regularly! Me personally, I have been out of the game for awhile, but will be getting back in hopefully this year!

I'm on Chitown as well, but it doesnt have the track following that Euroteknik does, and chitown is more e46/e90/e92 guys

ETK is the cheap/poor folks who run the e30/e36s hard, and put away wet

I know Matt, and a bunch of other guys over there on Chitown, just ETK suits my needs better, that's all

So i haven't updated this thread in awhile since most of the work i've done to it has been on a time crunch, meaning taking pictures along the way wasn't priority.

Yesterday I tackled my cooling system though and I must say...It was a ticking time bomb.

When i got the car i had no records with it so as far as i was concerned the cooling system had 150,000Miles on it. Heres some pics of the old stuff that came out.

Plastic original pulley.

Green coolant

Messy engine bay... I've been slacking.

The scariest part. 4 out of the 7 impeller blades were completely separated. It was only a matter of time.

Parts installed
Mishimoto radiator
OEM upper and lower hoses
New overflow
Coolant level sensor
New cap and bleeder
Stewart water pump
Aluminum pulley
Aluminum thermostat
Low temp thermostat
Low temp switch for Aux fan
Water pump nut (where the engine fan would go)
idler pulley
tensioner assembly and pulley
belt
Motion motorsport underpanel

Also while i was in there i removed the A/C compressor and lines. The condenser is still in for now until i get a Spal fan wired up since the Aux fan bolts to that. The evaporator is coming out and i want to get a washer fluid reservoir that will fit down there.
