Went with GT4 here but would be tough to say no to the Viper. I just think the GT4 will be better in every category except for outrageousness.

My choice is obvious, GTS without a doubt, and I did drive a brand spanking Spyder that the dealer had with no name on it. They were actually negotiable now they are back up around MSRP

2016 was the last model year of the 981.1 GT4 and Spyder. There are no untitled Spyders left on autotrader. There are 4 GT4s

The one I drove had few options and was priced in high 90's. GTS was step up in price in the mid 130's. The interior of Boxster is too simple and I rather tuned 3.8 rather than a detuned one.

No doubt.... You made the right choice for sure.
The 991.1 GTS is one of the best sports cars you can buy at any price.

It is not TT-S but I like it.

If you want an open top porsche that sounds good.

Yeah...
about $600K more than I can afford pal..

I suppose I could have included the 718 in this poll, but I don't think anyone would want one

Those would've fared worse than the .2S.

They're supposed to be great to drive, but that exhaust note seems like a DQ. I think the 991.2 sounds okay actually.

^^Yep the new Boxster/Cayman S is a riot to drive but the 4 banger does not win a lot of people initially with its sound. 991.2 S is perhaps the best car and buy in this bunch yet no love
