Default Driveshaft install advice needed

I just finished up my motor install today and when i took it for a ride the driveshaft was chattering and shaking like crazy from 2.5k to 4.5k. I had a hard time putting that rear cv joint at the back of the driveshaft and may have damage it some way, it felt like it got jammed the first time then it went in the second try. Also i have a extra pin/bushing that may belong some where in the driveline area. I did not seperate the driveshaft. The CSB looked to be in good shape, it was not removed. The GUIBO looked alright as well mabe just some small cracks nothing major. The car has 130,000k. I just replaced the clutch and flywheel with stock LUK parts. New Transmission mounts with enforcer cups. I just replaced all the exhaust gaskets with new oem bmw parts so i am bummed i have to jack it up and take it all back apart again to see what happened. Any advice on what to look for or what i could have damage putting it back together?? I will order a new guibo and try that first.

Driveshafts are picky on many BMWs. Having a part left over ... dunno what to say.
did you scribe the postion of the shaft to the tranny output and diff input? You want EVERYTHING in the same relationship if possible.
If you didn't, you'll at least need to replace the guibo as it's worn into the old position and is easy to do. Same with diff mount mating parts, they wear into each other so orientation is important.

Honestly the parts were not marked, i had the motor and transmission taken out at a indy shop and i put everything back together.

The part looks like it could be #1 on real oem's page.

I can't tell you this for certain from the drawing but sure appears that part would center the shaft in the coupling/guibo, so that is almost certainly your problem.
I'd strongly consider replacing 15 and 21, and if they're deformed, 17. And find torque values for EVERY BOLT you assemble.
