Yeah I always made sure it was hot hot but it's that misfire that's making it not pass cause it passed the 25 mph test just not idle
I'm waiting for my paycheck then I'm gonna send the injectors to get flow matched and cleaned and that should fix it up

Well I passed the numbers at 15 and 25mph finally. But....., tech failed me because the DEC cats sit closer to the ground causing scratches from rubbing. Of course this ruined the embossed EO numbers and he failed me because he couldn't read it. Said he didn't care and it wasnt his problem. Guess I'll go to a smog referee.

This isn't my thread so I wont complain any longer, but did want to point out that my Nox numbers went from 1500 ppm to 20 at 15mph and 3 ppm at 25mph with new cats. They will be removed to "save" them and reinstalled in 2 years.

Good luck, I sure didn't have any!

You have a 93 325is, take the injectors out of that car, m50 and s50 used the same green injectors. There was a guy on R3Vlimited that was doing injector rebuilds for almost nothing just the cost of his fluids.

Can't seem to find the thread, but you could always grab some from a JunkYard and have a spare set cleaned so you are not without a car.
