Default Early 2008 Bmw M3 Convertible EKP location

I ve seen online that the coupes have the EKP in the passenger rear pillar. I've torn into my car being it's a convertible and it's not there. A few things that's happening to make me think it's the EKP. Throwing the low pressure sensor code for fuel. Long cranks after filling up. Under heavy acceleration in M mode the fuel pump malfunction comes on causing it to go into limp mode until I restart it.. any help would be appreciated. I've called two dealers and they aren't helping.. sorry if this is choppy.. using my mobile.

My 08 m3 convertible was throwing the same code. The dealer said they replaced the fuel pressure sensor (maybe it was the low pressure sensor? I don't remember). It wasn't exactly cheap, was $500+.

Anyway, that fixed the problem. Runs perfect now.

Ive done the low pressure fuel sensor already as well both throttle actuators. I know the location of the EKP in coupes are behind the rear seat but thats not the case with the convertible. Ive pulled it apart and checked for myself.
