Default Can you add the "convenience package" to a used e90?

I think I found the perfect e90 M3 in my price range but it doesn't have the keyless entry along with keyless start. Is it possible to take it to a dealer and get it added?

Nope, if it doesn't have it, then it can't be added. The car isn't pre wired for adding something like that. Cars that have it use a different harness, additional Comfort Access control unit, different door handles, and aerial antennas throughout the car for the comfort access.

I would call your dealer to find out. In general, there are dealer installed options out there like back up camera, Bluetooth, Navi, etc. that can be installed post delivery.

They may charge you an arm and a leg though (more than the option price from the factory).
