Default Blue hose running next to fuel filter?

Hello all,

Im finally back in the states after working overseas for two years and getting back to work on the ride.

While having the car in the air to replace a broken exhaust manifold, i noticed this blue hose running down past the fuel filter appears to have melted and is no longer connected. I don't know what it goes to and have admittedly probably not looked enough but was hoping for a quick answer and then close the thread. Thanks in advance.

Also, im looking forward to getting back into the forums and continue working on the car, sitting for two years didnt help much

Thanks,

Jeremy
