Yea I dont know what is wrong with yours but I love the color. If it doesnt rain you get a couple days of it looking midnight blue before it looks like dirty black.

Going through your ad, the pictures are the first deterrent. Those rims are aweful and hurt your chance of selling. Aiirbag module has been tampered with, I wouldn't touch this car with a 10 foot pole. There are alot of red flags in your post as previously stated but just because the car looks the way it does, I'd assume it was trash. Non OEM cars generally are unless is was very track dedicated. We make bad buying decisions sometimes but hindsight is always 20/20.

My first M3 had a damaged quarter panel and before they factored in repairing the trunk floor, it was $10k. I basically had a broken taillight, bumper, and quarter panel. The way it bent slight tore the metal that supports the diff. If I had taken it to a place my insurance had suggested, I'd be driving an M3 around with structural damage. Who knows how experience the collision repair had with E46 M3s in 2007. Probably next to none. Subframe issues were probably nonexistent in their head.

4k also doesn't total a $50k car. It would take around $20-25k probably. THAT is significant. Once everything is buttoned up, it's nearly impossible to spot bent metal or damage underneath making a PPI next to useless because nothing that wasn't already known would be seen.

Priced too high for salvage. And no way it was salvaged for $4000 repair that’s impossible. This car in 07 would be like 50k and for them to total at 4k is unheard of. Lower it to the 14k and take a good offer.

Would you pay 14 for a rebuilt title.

It's simple. You are asking at least double what the car is worth.

The cars that are going for over 15, are typically clean stock cars. Most of the guys that want lowered modified cars, typically don't have the cash to pay up for those mods. As, everyone has said, the rebuilt title hurts the value big time. Mostly due to financing.

Then again, people thinking this car is worth under 10,000 seems silly to me. If it is inspected and checks out, someone would be dumb not to pay over 10,000 for this car. The car would be a deal if it didn't have that title status. Most rebuilt title cars sell for about 15% discount(I would need considerably more of a discount).

For the person who says it can get it financed fairly, name a bank besides Navy
federal(You have to be in the military to get a loan)?? It's almost impossible to get a loan on a rebuilt title car. It is easy to get insurance for it though.

Most banks won’t finance a car this old regardless of title status. 15% is way too low, it’s at least double that.

I spoke with you about this car back in 2017. The $4k receipt seemed sketchy, and gave absolutely no explanation of what was damaged and repaired. I also don’t know how this car could be totaled from a 4K repair. The price is high, and the mods hurt the value, just like everybody else has been saying. You are also relying on Craiglist. Make an m3forum for sale and post some great pictures of EVERYTHING, including imperfections. Post a few driving videos too on YouTube and link them in your ad.
