Mine quit on me once...I unplugged everything and replugged it a couple of times and it has worked fine everytime. You can try to take it out and make sure your original still works first to rule out the stock stuff.

basically i bought some T connectors from radio shack. I spliced the THICK red and purple wire on the right side behind the motor to the red wire of the eclipse (the red wire where i cut off the little metal peice on the end). Ten i plugged everything in accordingly and tried them in both directions - still no luck...sent it back, got a new one, still same problem...here are some pics of my install
...let me know what im doing wrong if anything? Thanks

bascially its a button for your sunroof that auto opens and closes like your windows do...instead of just auto open like it comes originally...

...lol at first i thought you were talking about eclipse subs (being on a 3000gt forum awhile back these came up often)...

I had/have the same problem. I am waiting for my second eclipse because they said they need to reprogram it. But I did the same thing you did, and it didn't work. We must be something wrong, but it also seems like nothing should be wrong.
Hope someone can help.
