Default Help with strange Noise

Since i got my m3 (1year/5000miles) i have this metallic noise, maybe a bit like chainslapping?. It’s not constant as you hear in the video, it‘s seems louder from the underside, but that can be the loud valvehead that suspressing the noise. The S54 run‘s beside that very nice, pulls strong and smooth.

I have done on the Engine the following:
Rodbearings
Checked Oilpump and piston
All valves are ok (clearence)
Vanos is checked
S63 diagraph Springs
All new bolts in the Vanos
New chaintensioner
Vanos hub replaced
Beisan Style pump disc mod
Fresh oil

And so on...

Here is a Video:

I‘m open to Andy help or ideas!

Best regards from Germany!

Check to see if the bolt behind the thermostat is loose. It holds the other chain guide and can come undone. Number 10 in both diagrams.

Thanks for input. Checked the bolt today, it was tight.
I begin to believe that its the oilpump chain slapping against the oilpump, because the noise is more noticeable from the ground.

So i open up my oilfilter and found a small amount of metalshaving. They are magnetic and like flakes. (From cast iron) and found an even smaller amount of black plastic shavings. Maybe its time to open up this S54-b**ch again...

In this Video it Sounds like my problem (similar noise at 0:16-0:21)

Metal shavings in your oil means you'll likely have to do bearings again soon. And Vanos solenoids.

Yes same noise! Comes and goes... it’s not normal, because I heard other s54 without that noise. If you hear from the bottom at the passenger wheel is it more noticeable than from over the engine?

Yes, more noticeable from passenger side fender well. I've tried both Castrol oil and Liquid Moly. I think it's more noticeable with the Liqui Moly. It really bothers me so I hope someone can help us figure it out.
