I donít believe that it makes much difference which pre-cat O2 gets deleted, and you can just leave both post-cat O2ís plugged in and your tuner of choice can handle how they set up O2 function. Also, as mrgizmo stated, the EGT gets coded out as well.

Why would it have only 1 pre-cat? I would think 2 pre-cats (since engine uses this to trim cyl 1-3 and 4-6 separately) with 1 post ca-cat. Thatís how my Epic headers are set up.

The ARH headers have all 6 cylinders going into one collector, so 1 pre-cat is what makes sense. The DME can work off 1 pre-cat if you leave the other unplugged.

For the post cats, it doesn't really matter, I think people just leave two to make it easier.

Yerp, you are correct sir, the primary tubes of the ARH system (unlike every other header system on the market AFAIK) all merge into a single racing type collector...hence the need for only 1 pre-cat O2 sensor.

Did your tuner ask you to do rear o2s for some reason? Those things will freak out, since they sense stable o2 content post cats, which in ARH doesn't exist, right?

He said I should plug them in... The tuner is from Evolve...

I dont know much about tuning so honestly I kinda have to go off what he is telling me.. He told me to plug them in...

I am a little nervous as this is a new style header so I am not sure if he knows the correct setup for this.. but he said he will work with me on getting it setup... Also nervous about the AFR... Ill have to see at the dyno.. He said he tunes for 12.5 AFR

How the hell did you tigethen these two nuts? I bought a 11mm flex socket but it is at an angel that the socket binds up.. I tried a swivel socket but I cannot get the socket to sit flush because of the angle.. I cannot for the life of my get these 2 nuts tigthened!! the space between the flang and pipe is so damm tight!!

OP how did you these installed? Did you have any speical tools?

I have worked on many cars before but I have to say getting these headers on was a nightmare - as far as trying to get all the bolts on.... The headers themselve fit perfect... but the flange is really thick so there is very little clearance between the flange and pipes...
