Inside wear on tire only means too much negative camber. Cupping, depending how its cupped could be toe is out of spec or worn shocks/struts. If everything else is tight like you say, I would have a reputable alignment shop do it. Where did you have it done last?

You can normally hear bearings when they're on their way out. It's like a speed dependent whooshing sound.

As for my struts, neither are leaking. They bounce right back when you push down on the fenders.

Move the wheel at 12 & 6; if there is any "easy" play, it is probably the wheel bearing. With the wheel off, it is a little easier to see the hub/disk move in relation to the strut NOT moving. If the strut moves too, hat bearing is probably shot, or control arm ball joints, depending on which end moves.

So I spent a bit more time searching old threads. I'm starting to think that my front struts might be bad. Visually, they seem fine. No leaks that I can see, and they seem to ride fine. (no bouncing)

Is there a better way to check front struts? It may be time to look into some Koni's.

I bet my old rod bearings that alignment is poor.
Set up may be in spec but this car needs very accurate settings.

Just post your settings so we can see is there a problem.
Bad struts do not make these problems.
