They still do PS/2 in the sizes I'm looking at for the bucket (235/275 on 17s) but alas, don't think these will make it over. Ah well.

I don't know why Audi and Porsche continue to use P-Zeros as OEM equipment and it's annoying.. You will notice a very profound difference when you swap them out for the Michelins. At least I did in all my previous cars which cam with P-Zeros.

I too did not enjoy my time with OEM PZeros on my E92. I had three E92s each with a different set of OEMs, CSC3, PS2, PZero. The PZeros were the worst. CSC3s were the best all-around for my preferences. I found them both a bit sharper and more compliant than the PS2s.

Back on topic, I ordered PS4s for my E46 lolvert. I took a forum recommendation and buy DWSes on it, and I have hated them the entire time. Finally they are worn enough to justify replacing.

I ended up going for PSS instead of PS4S, literally just bought them about 15 minutes ago, was about 200 less. I'm already happy enough with the PSS, don't have a single complaint. So opted out of the PS4S.

oh yes I know, I had P zeros on my older m3, switched to PSS and was much better ride and hell of lot quieter too. P zeros get pretty loud as they get older, they are only good when new in hot weather.

Yes, VERY noisy tire and the ride quality wasn't much better than run flats. Poor performance in the wet and they squealed at times. Embarrassing performance all around aside from straight line acceleration.

I'm anxious to see how these tires stack up against the others when EVO Magazine does their yearly tire test. Whatever wins that contest, that is the tire that winds up on my sled. My gut tells me the front runners are going to be this new 4S tire and Conti's 6P.

Honestly, if you're driving a GT3RS, $3k for a set of rubber isn't too bad.

Won't belabor the point about non-Trofeo PZeros though. Posted about them plenty. Worst performance tire I've ever had.
