Default Do you eat in the car?

Everyone's car is so clean and nice. I use mine as a dd around NYC. I used to eat in my cars. Lunch, snacks, ice cream cones... I mean, I'm not a slob like Martin Lawrence in Bad Boys...

The M3 is new to me, it's got a nice red interior, and I just got it detailed, so I'm trying not to allow any food in it.

I'll just drink. Just Water. Maybe a Snapple. Definitely not Coke.

I need to lose 50lbs anyway. Keeping the car food-free will help. No more BK for me. Ever. I swear. Never ever ever again.

I never ate/drank in a car. My dad would have beat me if I ever thought about it when I was growing up and I guess it carried over. On long drives a water bottle is allowed, but that is it.

Same here....no food or drinks in the car at all. You certainly don't want spillage but you dont want the smell of food in the car as well.

Yes, it is my daily driver. It is also just a car which I consider to be disposable item, when it wares out I will just buy a new one.

That said I vacuum the car once a week and wipe down the intirior as needed. I also take it to get hand washed once a week. It is a clean well taken care of car.

I also do things like drive it on dirt roads, grass fields, winter in the snow and salt and where ever else I need it to take me. When it breaks I fix it, when it is dirty I clean it.

As part of the type of maintance I do as a result, next spring I will have the front of the car resprayed as well as other areas that are pitted out. I also don't get anal about parking, after it gets a number of dings I get them taken out.

Its a car use it, enjoy it, and don't get caught up in being anal you will just end up having a panic attack everytime something little happens. Its not worth the stress.

The M3 isn't a Ferrari or Lambo. I eat in it when I am running late to work or to a meeting. If I ever happen to get crumby, I will vacuum everything and wipe everything down during my weekly cleaning anyway.
