Default my car fell from tow truck.(pics are in)

hi everyone. i wrote the thread last wed.

i already claimed that day to BMW ROAD ASSISTANCE , but they told me

to wait for 72hours. yeah...i've waiting still now.... but never call to me...

there's no proper actions for my inconveniences that having no car...

actually it's okay during the weekend. but on the weekdays i need a car though to go to school.

yeah, it is possible to get a rent car first, but i'm not sure that do i have to pay it from my pocket?

that is not fair i think.

please let me know how i should have to do to get a appropriate compensation for my car damage... to be frank with you, front, rear, side
bumper and exhaust ...and so many parts of the fitment are not apparently good as you can see . i'm really worried of missions and convertible top...

after you read this, please let me know./....

did you call your insurance company?

The insurance company of the tow company will pay for the rental - it might not be upfront, so save all your recipets if you do rent a car.

Exactly what he said, save any proof of all things you've paid for. But that is just ridiculous you shouldn't have to flip the bill for any of that, they put you on foot. I really hope this works out for you that was clearly irresponsible, your rim bent and everything!

If the tow truck company or insurance is dicking around with you file a claim under your iinsurance and your insurance will go after the responsible party. I had to do it when a tow truck backed into my car and they wanted to use a cut rate body shop.

Correct - i had to do this is as well when my wife got t-boned in the minivan.
At first i called my ins and they said they will note it on my account and that i should file thru the person at faults ins company and to call them if needed. I started getting the run around from the guys ins company so i call my ins (gieco) and they took over and everything got handled with in a few days(car rental and everything) - yea i know sounds like one of those stupid gieco commericals - but hey this is why we pay and have insurance......
