Default Damp seat belts?

Hey guys,

My car has this damp smell. For some reason, I decided to pull the seat belts(front) all the way out and they feel a little wet. Anyone have this problem? Any solutions? Can someone pull theirs and see if it's completely dry?

TIA

Leak around the sunroof is my best guess.
