Default Help with maintenance on a car that's 5 years old but very low milage?

Guys - just picked up a 2003.5 SMG with 9K miles. I'm changing the oil this week as it's been 18 months since the last change. However I'm not sure whether it makes any sense to also change the brake and/or transmission fluids? Can anyone offer some insight into whether 5 year old fluids should be of any concern? Thanks.

brake and tran fluid would be my least concern - how is it that the car has only 9k miles on it for being 5 years old??

Oil yes other fluids n/y. It is not a big deal it would be a waste.

Its not good for oil to sit even if it was only driven minimum miles.

If you have an air compressor then blow out the filters.

Plain and simple, the car was not driven much. The gentleman that sold it to me had 3 or 4 cars, 2 kids, and the M3 was not at all the most practical for day to day use. If it were a Ferrari with 8K miles no one would blink an eye?
