Default E91 M3 Conversion

I'm interested in converting my E91 to an M3 (see, e.g., http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=492494 and http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=857847). Does anyone know a shop around the Dallas area which is capable of taking on this project?

I'm not interested in buying a sedan. As Kong correctly notes, BMW doesn't make a M3 wagon. And BMW USA doesn't import 335 wagons. As a result, I'm stuck with an underpowered 328. I want to do an engine swap, so I might as well swap it for an M3 engine. A reference for someone in Dallas who could do the job (as opposed to commentary) would be much appreciated.

I'm thinking about this conversion too, and compiling information at the moment. Did you get the ball rolling on this?
