I run snow tires on 16" rims on my M3, they fit great.

Will "17 or "18 wheels fit over the 13.6" rotors on the Competition Package?

I tried two different 17" as a winter set up taken from a 5 series and another one from a non-M e46

they both didn't clear my ZCP brakes.

Front 255-40-19
back 285-35-19
According to him this will clear no rubbing....What do you guys think???
Late with the response but those sidewall profile numbers are pretty high. 245/35 and 275/30 would suit you better.

for you guys that have the 17" wheels on the rear, how wide are they and what brand wheel are they?

I was looking for some 17" wheels just for drag racing, but tire rack only had wheels that were 17 x 8" wide and I was thinking thats not wide enough.

If I couldnt find at least a 17 x 9 inch wheel I was just going to use the OEM rear 18 x 9 and put a 275 or 285 drag radial on it.

TIA.
