Obviously, BMWNA (800) 831-1117, but I would suggest you post this as a new thread below and explain the facts a bit. This thread is for the engine failure recall. Unless your clutch blew after a recall rebuild, it isn't really relevant here. Someone in your area of CA may have a regional rep. contact and may respond if you post it below. Your clutch plate exploded? Obviously, wear and tear is not a warranty issue.

Default Caught in a time warp?

Greetings, this is my first visit to this site and I stumbled into this thread. My 2002 M3 had the kit work done way back in April 2003. It was only for a very specific VIN period and doen't affect very many people. My car is running quite well and with a 100K warranty I feel totally at ease with it all

Default Is this the same one from 1-2 yrs ago? I had it

...done a year or so ago. BMW gave me an automatic 6 yr / 100k warranty on the engine.
