How much is the rebuild? If it’s under $5k, If it was me, I’d rebuild it. If that car has clean title then it’s a very nice example with that color combo and 6spd. Exterior does look to be in rough shape, but that’s an easy but costly fix.

The exterior looks decent to me? For the miles.

Echoing what others are saying. This car doesn't need to be parted out.

For the miles sure, but op himself said it’s not in the best of shape exterior wise. A white car in decent exterior condition will look mint in pictures. But it could just be me, maybe all it needs is pdr and paint correction. Interior looks mint regardless of miles.

If you want to keep the car, buy a used engine and have it replaced, then part out the blown engine.

If you want to get the most money out of it and move on, part out the car.

If you cant or don't want to fix it but also don't want to kill the car then sell it to the mechanic so it can be reborn.

It just boggles my mind that at 160k the bearings havent been replaced. With that im assuming the vanos hasnt been addressed as well. Id go with a used motor personally. Rip s54
