Really, because I see photos? And I am outside my home that is holding these images on my web server. So I am just like you and they look fine.

Here is my set up

Alpine DVA-9861
Alpine PXA-H701
Alpine KCA-100BT
Alpine KCE-422i
Alpine PKGM780 head rest monitors
Directed HVM700 in the dash
Alpine PDX1.1000 sub amp
Alpine PDX4.150 front right
Alpine PDX4.150 front left
Diamond Audio D641S 4.5" 2 way components
Diamond Audio DIAD66.1MX3 6.5" 3 way add on mid bass kit
Diamond Audio D612D4 12" sub in trunk

Amps are flushed into the spare tire area on there side in a /// design color matched to the M logo with a raised M on the finish board. Custom sub box on the drivers side of the trunk. Alpine headrest monitors in the headrests of course, 7" DEI monitor in the dash where the check control and sunglasses holder used to be. The check control is now in the cup holder area and is flushed in with one cup holder left in the back of the original area. Custom kick panels for the 4.5" components and the 6.5" mid-bass kit is fiber glassed into the doors where the original door cubbies where.

All of this is being completed as I am writing this. I suppose it helps when you work at an electronics store and have great vendor accomadations to help you out, along with an extremely talented install team here at my work. I will post some pistures as sone as it is done

I have a 1999 M3 Convertible with the CD error stuck 6 cd changer. I want to upgrade my stereo with ipod integration. I think that for the same money as a DICE unit I can just stick a new head unit in the hole on the bottom with ipod integration usb, aux, etc. instead of trying to fix the cd changer or hook up the Dice in the trunk or in dash. Thoughts? Sorry Tom of EAS. I used your info on my MINI Cooper S convertible and it was great, but I have the hole in the bottom of the E36 and might as well stick a new unit in it. I was thinking of the Kenwood KDC-MP342U. Is this the right place to post this question or where do I post it? I am new here. steve
