Tischer

Ordered a handful of parts, selected next day air so I could get them thursday.

I received a first email: one part is out of stock. They'll get it rushed to them and then they ship the next day. Ok, great. Thanks? But in the end I'm still paying next day air and will wait 2 days.

Received a second email: order canceled, please reorder with a valid cc.

No signature, no name, nothing. Like I'm a fking scammer or something? Not sure what happened with my CC but I check my email at night so I was screwed to get my parts in time for bimmerfest.

At the time of ordering I gave my cellphone number AND put in the comment box to call be if something comes up with shipping. Thanks for not calling.

Hi Kaiv, allow me to clear up a few things here..

Your credit card declined, and the order was cancelled - we don't warehouse packaged orders that were placed with an invalid card(for more information, check our FAQ: Why did I receive a message stating my order has been cancelled since my credit card declined?).

We don't keep every part that BMW offers in stock all of the time - it's just not possible. We overnighted the out-of-stock item at no charge the following day in an effort to get you your parts as quickly as possible(there really isn't any other possible way for us to fill your order any faster) If at anytime, this wouldn't have worked for you, you could have just let us know - as per this FAQ: What if I want to expedite parts but they aren't in stock?

And finally, Is there a number I can call to getBMWparts.com?

Of course, we're not accusing you of being a scammer personally - but credit card fraud is on the rise nowadays, more than ever, and we can never be too careful. Evan and I were actually at Bimmerfest, too - did we meet?

Honestly, we do appreciate your business, but please familiarize yourself with the way that we conduct ours before placing an order. That way, there won't be any surprises or need for posts like these...
