Please do make sure to get it on a lift before buying - I own a 2007 Ford edge that spent most of it's life in NY / NJ - The amount of salt they use on the roads has caused the fuel tank to rust out (Was a recall by Ford too).

Agree on rust given the car is from NY. Would also check the battery area and trunk under the carpet for rust. Definitely do a PPI. Hopefully youíre going to go see it as it gets on truck for transport or have someone you trust go see it.

I'm not one to quote on prices because the market i bought my M3 and the situation was completely different - i got a 99k Silver 04 Coupe, for 11,500, i was never looking for a Vert, and i think this one is a little pricier.

I mean if he can back up all the work he did with paperwork, maybe the price is OK. But don't quote me on that

This isn’t worth $17,500.

No Vanos no subframe, and it’s a vert.. definitely a 14-15k car

He says vanos and subframe is "checked"

By the way, those rims look sweet - powdercoated?

For that price seller shouldíve done preventative fix on the VANOS and depending on how the car was driven the subframe as well.

Thanks for the comments, its exactly what I wanted to hear. I was thinking along the lines of 15-16k, but I have a pretty damn good feeling he wont go that low. If not... the search continues....

Thanks again fellas.

Yea too expensive expensive imo. I bought that same exact car in 2009. Im talking interior, exterior, navi HC sound system it was vert too with 82,000 miles for $21,500. If it had 60,000 miles I would say its closer to asking price
