not sticky at all.. u have to let it cure for 48-72 hours after application of final coat.. then u take 2000grit sand paper and wet sand it (nappa leather only really just to bring back the smoothness of it.) u dont have to press hard or anything just lightly wetsand and its good to go.. i did multiple scratch test with fingernail, applying masking tape and ripping it off, screw driver, keys.. pretty much u have to scuff REALLY hard to get it to even blemish and even harder to get under the dye.. at which point u have ruined the surface of the leather anyway.

risky... i would never do this, nor have it professionally done. I'd only change colors if I bought the leather hide, or swapped interiors.

i wish i could see this in person. it looks alright from the pics.
