Try and blend the steering in while slowly releasing the brakes.
awesome! always looking for more input. Really appreciate it.

HPDE36M I realized I setup camp two cars down from you. I was behind the Audi R8(yes a couple was running the car at this event - gotta love it). I also asked you about your AimSolo, you mentioned you just got it. Nice driving in your video. You have an interesting setup, I noticed the camera angle shifts depending on the force in the turns. Hopefully this weekend I can get my videos up this weekend. Its been back to the grind for me.

Yes, I remember your car. To answer your question I love the AIM after only one event. Haven't even come close to figuring out all the stuff it can do in racestudio, but I am signed up for a class specifically for that in April.

I remounted my camera up a few inches so its more eye level and not looking at the center of the dash. The camera angle shifting isn't intentional, probably just not mounted securely.

Where are you going this weekend? I'll be with HOD @ Lightning on Saturday.

I use a Cruise Cam mount. It's only like $40 iirc. Then just get the gopro screw in mount. Less than $50 for everything.

I run the closed back case bc otherwise all you get is wind noise... Unless your Josh and have an incredible mic IN the engine bay :-)

I use my friend's cruise cam. It did a great job, but wish it was a bit longer. uploadfromtaptalk1395973832346.jpg

This weekend I have autocross (good to practice quick hands, reactions and looking ahead). I am going to run this last event before I go over the car in April. I plan to be back out on track in May, since its hard to get off work during April. In May there is a possibility I could be changing run groups from running with PCA to BMW CCA at the Glen.

Here is the last run from day one. Five sessions in a day is pretty damn good value.

You can see more from the day on my channel. For those who want to know: stock (softer ZCP) suspension, roughly -1.5 in the front (maybe -1.3) and -1 in the rear. I think the limited camber is making me less confident at turn-in. Tires are the Michelin Pilot Super Sports. I still have a lot to learn; I was running with new PFC-08's brake pads (first time) and I had to get used to brake feel. They do have a great bite and hold. Fastest lap for day one: 1:44.8. Not nearly as fast as others, but I can see where I can try to pick up some time.

Nice moves ML. Get dialed into those brakes some more and i think you can go in deeper and then squeeze.

I wish my down shifts were as clean as yours.

Ha, you guys are on this forum! Nice meeting you everyone. I'm the one with the silver E46. I got a few vids too, but kinda embarrassing to post up next to all yours.

Anyways, I (and a few friends of mine) just signed up for Apr 18-19 at SP Main w/ PCA SCH. Def let me know if anyone's attending. And I'd be down to hangout on any other upcoming events, so let's keep in touch.
