The spec is on-point, and for a no stories, second owner car, it will probably go close to his asking. It is a hell of a lot better than some of the examples that I have seen here on M3F lately where they are no where near the ballpark in terms of price.

Edit: listing gone, probably sold

EAG most likely acquired that, or a very quick buyer. That was the proper enthusiast spec'd E46 in the ideal color.

I don't think EAG cares about pre-facelift.

Default Mint LSB For Sale

I was baffled by some of the Forum Blue Book (FBB) estimates stated here so I reached out to the seller directly.

The car sold for OVER asking price after receiving multiple offers within an hour of listing.

I will request his permission to share the screenshot of our email exchange.

As per the seller:

Edit: after being in the market for the right LSB last year, I very quickly learned about the premium involved.

The right color, condition, and options certainly is a rare thing for most buyers these days. I'm sure it checked a lot of people's boxes. And hey, if it's a couple grand more than what most people would pay for it, the right buyer isn't gonna argue over $2,000-$4,000. My

I'm sure it got listed price, no problem. The right optioned cars are ticking up in value.

I stand corrected. Man, 30k for that though? Market is nuts obviously. Gonna list mine for 62k and see what happens.
