first, what type of bumper carrier do you have? aluminum or kevlar?

looks like you have aluminum carrier. this means there is no front/back adjustment because the bumper is held in place with ASA bolts. can you remove the fender liner (the part that attaches to the bumper often times restricts the placement of the bumper). let's see if the bumper aligns on the side without the fender liner.

Ok. Thank you.

Give me a couple of minutes. I just put in a fan, need to wrap up a few things here, including getting rid of halos.

No change in movement. Half tempted to remove the bumper cover and look at the aluminum bumper and see about adjusting it inward a bit

How about a side view? I wonder if something was bent ? If you do remove the bumper, you can also check the rivets in the aluminum carrier. These rivets hold the bumper cover to the aluminum carrier.

Ran out of time. It appears I need allocate 3 - 4 hours for the bumper. I thought it would be an easy adjustment.

Been there. I spent 4 hours taking the bumper off, putting new bumper guides on and came out with the same issue. I have the aluminum carrier as well.
