It'll narrow the market but it'll be worth more to those who are open to it, provided the kit is a top shelf one and the car is otherwise properly maintained and clean.
Half the people on this board who hate on all FI have never driven a SC'd S54 and think it's going to ruin the feel. A good SC will feel like stock but with more power, exact same delivery and response but my torque doesn't drop off as the revs climb. And if you have a good kit, cooling isn't an issue (my Dinan kit includes a 35% larger radiator and even pushing it in the hot canyons my car runs cooler than stock cars).
Track cars, no. Street cars, whatever floats your boat. I like NA builds too but find it amusing when people dog on SCs without having driven one.

I can agree with feeling the above without ever even being in a SC S54. It should feel as described. Linear with complete s54 character but with more power.

However I just have this nawing feeling in the back of mind that it won't be.
Anyways I'm more concerned about cooling with DDing in Florida city traffic and heat

I've driven one, it's fast. But it doesn't feel or sound like my car at all. It's not as fun nor as satisfying. Just isn't. I'm not hating, just stating.

And that's fine, to each their own. Just curious, which kit did you drive?

Nothing against S/C but, I brought my car because of the NA S54! Love it.

The reason why I ask is because I have a 2002 m3 for sale that is supercharged but so far I've had 0 people viewing it. I have it listed at 22999 CAD.
Subframe is visually reinforced with something like the Vince bar but I've only gotten emails from time wasters. No one has really seen it. Would you guys suggest reversing it to stock? I don't have the airbox or anything though.

VF Engineering can't remember exactly if 420 or 480 or 5 something.
