Default Help please code 79 and 145

I am new to this forum. I have an E46 M3 with both the code 79 and 145. I just installed euro headers and catted midpipe. The car has 72k total miles and had the head and vanos replaced and upgraded as it sheared the vanos bolts. I originally thought the the codes were tied to the header and midpipe mod, but having browsed several threads dealing with code 79, I am now wondering of this isn't a TPS sensor or a cam position sensor.

I had to go through a lot of the work done by the shop that replaced the head. They broke valve cover bolts and improperly aligned the gasket. I found a number of throttle body bolts loose and just generally sloppy work. Apparently not all BMW shops are created equal.

At any rate, I'm stumped for the moment. Any input for any of you that have dealt with similar issues is very welcome at this point. Thanks in advance.
