I have a yellow tag (“Zhp”) rack. I got it for the improved feel. If I could have it with the stock steering ratio instead, I would.

On the plus side, it’s the same ratio as the zcp/cs/csl— so you can core the DSC to be happy with it.
... and it’s not stupidly fast, like many modern cars (:cough: i3)

I don’t like not having cruise control in my car. Removing it to add the M track mode button is dumb bc it is way too intrusive on track. Interlagos blue with the ZCP wheels looks NICE tho.

Interlagos is the only justifiable reason to go full ZCP.

I converted my ZCP to steering wheel controls and cruise control.

I liked having an ‘05 ZCP. It was a Mystic Blue though not interlagos. ZCP felt more special and I loved it - I don’t care that non-ZCP owners didn’t think it was worth it.

It would have a forever home with me if it didn’t have an SMG and a sunroof.

I had a kit to convert it to cruise control buttons that I didn’t end up installing. Found a “sweet” deal on an E60 M5 that I took. That M5 was quite a ride (engine hexploded). E46 was fun to work on, and I never even attempted an oil change on the M5. Not fun anymore, it became too reliant on coding.

Do you have any pictures of it? Sounds like an individual.

I love mystic and Topaz, wish there were more of them out there. Oddly not that many !

Default E46 BMW M3 cs

The color would look very different on a sunny vs. overcast day. The track day pic is what I remember it looking like more. Bottom picture seems doctored a little too much.

I got it used with 16,000 miles. It used to be a performance center car - so I don’t think it was individual. Mystic was a standard color in 2005 I think.

Interesting take from BMW on the “CS” badge compared to today’s M3/M4 where everything becomes better in the car..
