Update:

Long story short, one of my diff bolts was jammed in by Long Beach BMW (STAY AWAY FROM THEM) and was stuck in there. Finally got it to a machine shop and ect. ect.

So last night I was with Casey and Yoshi of Racewerkz ( http://www.racewerkz.com/ ) and we finally got everything put in.. the car has had a massive overhaul which Ill be editing my OP and listing everything done to the car.

Also, will be writing up a review on euroheader install and some myths/facts that many on the forum think..

oh, did I mention we finished at 4:44am last night?

Hey Keven, it's hard to say that the motor is quieter. What I do feel is its lost its diesel tone. It sounds healthy, and smooth but still has the normal s54 sound.

Overall the tone does sound much better, and upon driving it, it really feels like its smoothed out the low-midrange. Very happy the vanos is now addressed and behind me. I can sleep at night! Lol thanks again

Oh and I forgot to mention, Vorshlag stud kit! So much easier to swap wheels
