Default headliner question

This miami heat is not playing around i noticed today that my roof headliner has like 2 very small spots where you can notice that the cloth no longer has adhesive, barely noticeable. So it got me thinking; how much of a mission would it be to wrap the roof and pillars? how much would a shop charge?
i noticed that obiabon did it in alcantara and looks really nice

The hardest part seems getting the B pillars off. I recall there being 2 bolts under the back seat door cards. I never did find a clear DIY of that part.
