RE71Rs are shaping up to last 4 events for me. Will not buy again.

If you’re going to track only a couple times a year I feel like cup 2’s or even PSS should be fine

RE-71R is the best 200TW tire on the market, but as others have mentioned it wears out quick. I have switched to a set of the new Dunlop Direzza ZIII. The Dunlop's do not have the ultimate level of feel or grip as the Bridgestones, but are still fairly quick, grippy, and have lasted twice as long as the Bridgestones. I have also previously tried the Falken Azenis RT615 and prefer the Dunlops over them.

If you have only been to the track once I would start with either the Dunlop or the RS4. Neither will give you the level of grip of the RE-71R (or the lap times), but based on your parameters are a better choice.

If 200tw, is what you’re aiming for NT05’s are pretty good and underrated as well. A little loud, but I drove it to and from track for a while.

Ya I'd rather not get a tire that is really loud. Sounds like I'll try the RS4's or Michelin's. Maybe even the Indy 500's. Those are decent tires too.
