Thatís a lot of words for maybe 3 or 4 very vague paragraphs about the actual driving experiences. Seems like the golf won for being slightly more boring?

A35 please.

One money saving attribute that the VDub has is the 6 year/72,000 mile warranty. So all the plastic fabricated parts such as the valve cover, intake manifold, the oil pan, and whatever else will be covered. With those janky plastic parts, you know it will leak oil or develop a vacuum leak over time, which will cause $$$ to fly out of your wallet.

The MB's warranty covers 48 months / 50,000 miles, which is substantially less than the VDub. This makes the VDub a better proposition for longer term ownership. Hell, it'll give a fella a chance to go without a new car payment for a while with the car under warranty, and that leads to money saved! Plus the VDub can be had with le Manuel so that's bonus, for me that is. The VDub gets my stamp of approval.
